Check-out: by 11:00 AM
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

• Flexible Rate: Cancel or modify up to 7 days before arrival for a full refund.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Full charge applies for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
  All changes must be submitted in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

• A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation.
• Prices are listed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless noted.

CHILDREN & OCCUPANCY

• Kids are allowed at the property.
• Rooms are limited to double occupancy unless approved by management.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted on the premises.

SMOKING POLICY
Casa Tenue is a 100% smoke-free property. A MXN $3,000 cleaning fee applies for violations.

PET POLICY
Small pets are allowed in our souterrain suite upon request and availability.

ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE
Our historic building does not have an elevator. Rooms are located on multiple floors. Please let us know if you have specific needs.

PARKING
No private or valet parking is available. Street parking and nearby paid lots are accessible.

BREAKFAST
A light, complimentary breakfast is served daily: fresh pastries, fruit, granola, yogurt, kombucha, and coffee.

QUIET HOURS & HOUSE ETIQUETTE
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect the calm environment and our community. Parties, loud music, or disruptive behavior are not allowed.

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Casa Tenue reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for repairs or replacements.
The property is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

PRIVACY & DATA POLICY

Your privacy is important to us.
Personal information provided during booking or check-in is used solely for reservation management, communication, and legal compliance.
We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements.
